Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents

- Input and maintain accurate data into our company database

- Prepare and process paperwork for various transactions

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in an administrative support or data entry role preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
