As the Remote Employee Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health and safety of our remote workforce. You will be responsible for providing remote health assessments, monitoring employee health, and implementing health and safety protocols to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct remote health assessments for all employees, including reviewing medical history, current health status, and any potential risks or concerns

- Monitor employee health and provide guidance and support for any health-related issues that may arise

- Collaborate with our HR team to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies

- Develop and implement health and safety protocols for remote employees, including ergonomic assessments and mental health support

- Provide education and resources to employees on maintaining a healthy lifestyle while working remotely

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote employee health and safety

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the state of California

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in employee health or occupational health

- Strong understanding of remote work and its impact on employee health and well-being

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and laws
