We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and organizing data into our company's database. This data may include customer information, sales figures, inventory records, and other important data. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize, and have a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events

- Maintain and update company databases and records

- Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial documents

- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration

- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Knowledge of construction industry is a plus

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
